The Oxfordshire Schools Cricket Association (OSCA) in partnership with Oxfordshire Cricket are pleased to present an update on the results received from this season’s school matches up until the 10th of June. We are also pleased to announce that we will be holding a Schools Finals Day, in partnership with the Oxfordshire Schools Cricket Association, which will see a day of action-packed cricket, showcasing the U12 and U13 (State Schools only) finals played at the magnificent Wormsley Estate, offering these junior cricketers, the opportunity to play on a ground that has featured the best players in the world over the last 30 years.

Oxfordshire Cricket is pleased to announce the 12 man squad selected to play Northumberland in the third NCCA 50 Over Trophy match of the season on Sunday 19th June at Jesmond CC.

We were delighted to announce a few weeks ago that we would welcome our first-class partner Sussex County Cricket Club on the 31st of July for the annual showcase fixture against a first-class county. The match will take place at the magnificent Wormsley Estate.
There has been a great level of interest in this match, and we can confirm that there is now only a limited amount of tickets left
Entry to the match will be free to all, however, there will be a parking charge. A £5 ticket enables you to park one car at Wormsley, entry is free to all. Refreshments will be available to spectators.
VIP dining is also available and this will include the cost of parking. The VIP Dining tickets include tea /coffee on arrival, a 2-course meal between innings at approximately 2.30pm and a light late afternoon. The ticket also includes free parking and a half bottle of wine per person. We will be joined by John Filby (Sussex Chair), Rob Andrew (Sussex CEO), and Keith Greenfield (Sussex director of cricket) and Mark Beard (High Sheriff of Oxfordshire). All proceeds from this event will go towards Oxfordshire’s State Secondary School fund.

Oxfordshire Cricket is pleased to announce the 11 man squad selected to play Cumbria in the second NCCA 50 Over Trophy match of the season on Sunday 12th June at Banbury CC. Oxfordshire will be looking to build on the recent five wicket win away to Herefordshire.

Combe CC are incredibly sad to report the passing of their Club President, Bob Moss.
Bob, played and umpired for the club for over 5 decades – a well-known face within OCA cricket.
Our thoughts are with Doreen, Steve, David and his wider family at this time.

For several years Oxfordshire Cricket has been working hard at making cricket more inclusive and diverse. Oxfordshire Cricket takes great pride in creating an all-inclusive environment in cricket and this includes ensuring that good behaviour and equality are at the forefront of all we do. This work has now been joined together in developing an action plan to Promote Cricket for All.
The recreational and professional game has worked closely since Autumn 2021 to produce a coherent joint plan to clearly articulate the commitment and intention to embed equity, diversity and inclusion within cricket.
