Oxfordshire has a track record in developing or producing players via the Pathway or Emerging Players Programme who have transitioned into Academy structures or beyond into the professional game. Our recent history includes Harrison Ward, Harry Startin and James Coles who all forged paths with our partners Sussex Cricket and Ellie Noble, Sophie Mitchlemore and Abi Norgrove who equally forged a path with the Southern Vipers. Further, Tom and Oliver Price (Gloucestershire), Luke and Ben Charlesworth (Gloucestershire), Jack and Matt Taylor (Gloucestershire) Gus Miller (Northamptonshire), Miles Hammond (Gloucestershire), Rory Hipwell (Hampshire) and Jack Brooks (Northamptonshire, Yorkshire, Somerset) all progressed from Oxfordshire roots over the last ten years.
