The Oxfordshire Cricket Board (OCB) is committed to annually tracking the numbers and demographics of players in its Early Engagement Programme (EEP) and County Age Group (CAG) programmes. We track player demographics, specifically school representation and ethnic diversity, through a phase-by-phase annual analysis. This data allows us to understand our talent pool, to identify trends and to work toward a more equitable system where our talent pool reflects the local population.

We are now pleased to release the player demographics for 2024-2025 CLICK HERE. The presentation offers a fully transparent view of the current state of our pathway, providing data on the Boys’ and Girls’ Pathway talent pools across all age groups and phases of the programme to help better inform all of our stakeholders.
