Dylan Swanepoel added: “Having seen the development of women and girls cricket in Oxfordshire over the last few years I am excited to be stepping into the role of Women and Girl’s Officer at Oxfordshire Cricket. I believe that we are at an exciting stage and in a great place to continue the positive growth of women and girls cricket in the county, especially with the Women’s T20 World Cup being in England next summer. Having worked around the cricketing world I have seen the positive impact growing cricket can have on communities and I look forward to working closely with and continuing to make a positive impact on the cricket community in Oxfordshire.”
